Item #: 1069108
Perfect physics and advanced ergonomics give the axes in the Fiskars X-series™ a very special feel. The X32 is a splitting ax with a slightly larger head that has been balanced and adapted to the body to cut with optimal strength and speed. The innovative ultra-sharp steel head has been designed to split wood more efficiently. The steel has also been double-hardened so that the precision-ground edge stays sharp longer. The wider, wedge-shaped head of the ax provides more power and makes it easier to detach the ax from the wood. A friction-reducing coating makes the head slide more easily through the wood, while protecting against rust. The ax head is overcast so that it cannot drop from the shaft. The axes of the X-series™ are almost impossible to break, thanks to the extremely strong and at the same time light FiberComp™ shafts that absorb shocks and provide superb protection against splashes. The shaft’s grip zone is larger than standard and has been fitted with strategic SoftGrip™ structure.
- Fiskars X32 splitting ax with L-size blade is perfect for splitting wood and blocks larger than 30 cm in diameter.
- New and improved design with wider, wedge-shaped head provides more power and makes the ax easier to detach from the wood.
- Fiskars’ own grinding produces a blade with a sharper edge and completely superior splitting.
- The double-hardened, forged steel of the blade means that the ax stays sharp longer.
- Friction-reducing coating makes the blade slide more easily through the wood, while protecting against rust.
- The ax head is very well anchored in the shaft.
- The shaft is made of ultra-light, durable FiberComp™ which is almost impossible to break and provides superb impact protection.
